• Commissioning artwork does not transfer copyright or ownership rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
• Tami V’s Fluid Art retains full rights to reproduce, display, and promote all created artwork, including commissioned pieces, for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed

Any unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

Commission Services

Tami V’s Fluid Art offers custom, commissioned artwork tailored to client specifications.

• All commission requests are subject to review, approval, and availability
• We reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with our artistic style, values, or availability
• Project scope – including concept, size, medium, pricing, and estimated timeline – will be agreed upon prior to the start of work

No work will begin until all required details and initial payments are received.

Payments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 5% is required to secure a commission and begin work
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods listed on the website or invoice

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Cancellation of the project

Retention of completed work by Tami V’s Fluid Art

Revisions & Creative Control

• A set number of revisions (if any) will be agreed upon before work begins
• Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional fees
• While client input is valued, final artistic interpretation, style, and execution remain at the sole discretion of Tami V’s Fluid Art

This ensures the integrity and quality of the artwork.

Timelines & Delivery

• Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project but are not guaranteed
• Timelines may be affected by project complexity, workload, or unforeseen circumstances
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, unclear direction) may result in adjusted delivery timelines

We will communicate any significant delays when possible.
